Gutehoffnungshütte Radsatz International Holding GmbH located in Oberhausen, Germany has merged with the French wheel set manufacturer Valdunes Entreprises on February 1st 2008.
GHH Radsatz and Valdunes belong to the worldwide leading manufacturers of wheels, axles, wheel sets and running gear components for all kind of railbound traffic.
The new group with its production sites in Oberhausen (Germany), Dunkerque and Valenciennes (France) and Liege (Belgium) has got access to a capacity of significant more than 100.000 wheels per year.
The worldwide sales of the group is conducted from the headquarter in Oberhausen and the branch offices in Paris and Singapore.
